I picked up Bennett from school today and he was sitting by himself, staring blankly into space. His teacher came up to me and said "He has been acting mopey all day today, and saying he wants his Mommy. That's so unlike him." I asked Bennett if he felt OK and he said yes. He didn't even fuss on the way home (he usually whines about wanting apple juice or crackers). He was just quiet.
When we got home, he walked to the couch and put his head down. I checked his temperature but he felt fine. I asked him again what was wrong and he just climbed into my lap and said "I want you." At that point he seemed like he was about to fall asleep in my lap so I took him to bed, read his 3 books and within minutes, this is what he looked like:

I wonder if he's just coming down with a cold?
