Bennett had a wonderful weekend. On Saturday, he was reunited with J's friend Eddan, or "Uncle Eddan" to Bennett. We're all really happy that after a few years in L.A., Eddan and Kellye are back in the Bay Area! Bennett could not stop talking about their five cats and how they went to eat ice cream at Fenton's and just how much fun he had with Uncle Eddan. Welcome Back, E and K!
Today, Bennett's buddy Pierson came over to play while all the Mommies and the Daddies had burgers and sangria. The two boys play really well together for the most part - still working through the "sharing" concept every now and then, but all in all, we leave them alone to work out their differences. And they usually do.
Unfortunately, looks like Bennett has caught yet another cold. I've been trying to teach him how to blow his nose but his efforts usually amount to him spitting. Any suggestions on how to teach him how to blow his nose? Poor kid is miserable. He's constantly coming up to me and telling me he has boogers, and could I please do something about it?

5 cats?
5 cats? Ha! I guess Bennett likes to exaggerate- we have two cats. Although Kellye does have an awful lot of cat figurines and toys, which is what Bennett may have been talking about...
