As many of you know, Bennett calls his Grandmother (my Mom) "Obama." Whenever I referred to her as "Grandma" he kept saying "Bama" and in the spirit of this election year, I just added an "O" in front of the "Bama." I don't know, I guess I thought it would be cute to have him yell out OBAMA!OBAMA! when we go to Super Walmart near my Mom's house.

But now the confusion starts. Bennett and I were watching Michelle Obama give her speech this evening during the Convention. At the end of her speech, everyone was clapping and I pointed to the TV and told Bennett "That's Michelle Obama."
Huh?
"No das not Obama, Mommy."
"Yes, Bennett - that is Michelle Obama."
"Where's Grandpa?"
"No, not Grandma. Not that Obama. Michelle Obama."
"NO! No Obama, Mommy! Obama in da telephone!"
Oh boy. Guess I should have insisted on Bennett calling her Grandma.
