Peanut Butter

I've finally introduced peanut butter into Bennett's diet -- and he LOVES it. Tonight's dinner, a peanut butter sandwich. He even asked for seconds. What I find cool is I can finally give him a sandwich for a meal instead if his usual: rice. Bennett never really took to anything that didn't involve rice, so his favorite meals have always been Filipino, Chinese, Japanese or anything Asian. But now that he can do a PB sandwich, there's no stopping me! Next stop, grilled cheese. Then maybe b-o-l-o-g-n-a.
