One Left Standing

It's that time of the year again, folks. Stomach flu time! Bennett was out of commission on Friday, leaving me to change his diapers every 15 minutes due to his poop soup and change out all the bed linens due to his yak attack. Somewhere during that time, I'm sure the little virus bugger found its way into my intestinal track and now here we both are - except i'm the one who won't go 10 ft from the porcelain bowl. Bennett somehow has the energy still in him while I feel like a I've been run over by a truck. Meanwhile, Iron Stomach J is skipping happily along, loving his new job and doing great. How DOES he do it?

We are slowly starting to Christma-fy the house. We bought a teeny weeny tree this year, since we will be spending the holiday in L.A. but also didnt want Bennett to shake down all the ornaments, or worse the whole tree. I've finally started shopping - online - and I also have started addressing the holiday cards. For me, this is progress, as I usually wait until the 23rd.

Bennett's Lola Muriel just arrived to stay a few days and feed me and Bennett bananas while we recover. Yay for Grandmas!
