Halloween No. 2

Happy Halloween! Today is Bennett's second Halloween (look how much he's grown from last Halloween!), but unfortunately he won't be able to attend the Halloween parade at his daycare or go to his mom or dad's work for their kid-friendly Halloween activities (aka showing off your kids). He is doing much, much, much better healthwise - just a cold now, really. Although the doctor said he should be fine to do a little trick or treating tonight, it was probably best to keep him away from lots of kids until Thursday or so. Bennett misses playing with other kids, but I'm sure he won't object to not having to wear his skunk costume (and Frankie won't object to dressing up as the Wendy's girl)! Happy Halloween everyone!

P.S.Cute little story from last night: Bennett was playing with his beloved Auntie Chris ("Teeeeeeeeeeetaaaaaaa!!!) and threw his sippy cup on the floor, behind one of his toys. He then turned to us, with his hands palms - up and said "Wehs da baba?" (Translation: Where's the cup?) as if he had no possible clue what might have happened to it. Oh, and then soon after that there was a 5.6 earthquake (epicenter was San Jose!) - John grabbed Bennett and ran for the stairwell, Chris ran under the doorframe, I looked around going "was that a truck?" and Bennett' grandmother stood in front of the sink whispering her Hail Marys. No damage, all is well.
