Still on my Amazement Tour of Bennett's rapid development, I overheard him reading the Dora at Halloween book I bought him a few weeks ago. He loves this book and we read it to him all the time. While in the car, he picked it up and flipped it open to the beginning and began reciting:
"Hola Dora!"
He then proceeded to spit out key words of the story, exactly the way we read it to him.
"...where's the candy?"
"...in the Spooky Forest."
"...look for the scarecrow..."
I know he can't really read the words, but wow. Repetition sure does work!
