We haven't left the house much since the Big Storm on Friday. Since the lamp post fell over on our front yard, we shut off the electricity that leads to that lamp, until we can get an electrician out here to safely cut the wires. But for some weird reason, that front yard lamp is connected to the kitchen and dining room lights, so until we turn the circuit breaker back on, we're in the dark in those rooms.
This morning, we did manage to go for a little walk around the block in Bennett's new wagon (thanks Grandma and Grandpa!).
How do you like his yellow puffy jacket? Got it for $20 at Mervyns. Later I saw an identical jacket at JCrew Kids for $128. Well, it was better quality of course,probaby real down, but it looked the same to me.
