It was off to L.A again this past weekend - time for Bennett to visit the grandparents and his Uncle Randy, go to Tita Ellen's surprise birthday party and hang out with his buddy Malia and Ninang Rod and Ninong Audie!
Bennett had loads of fun. He was "high fiving" everybody. At Grandpa and Grandma's house, he loved climbing the stairs and playing with Grandpa's toy Casio keyboard. He even rode some coin operated rides which he LOVED - but I haven't loaded them onto Youtube yet so I'll have to post that later. While in downtown LA, we ate breakfast at Toast - a trendy breakfast hot spot where you can get one whole pancake for ten dollars. At least it was a damn good pancake. We passed alot of Bugaboo strollers too - seems like every L.A. infant/toddler/kid is in one. And we went to LACMA where John got Bennett his very own museum membership - where he can go free until he turns 18. They have a kid's room there too where kids can do arts and crafts. Bennett colored with crayons while his dad made paper sculptures.
On our last day, we went to Manhattan Beach with Rod, Aud and Malia. This was Bennett's first time at the beach. He loved playing in the sand and for the most part enjoyed the water until one strong wave hit him and he decided to stick to the sand. I'll post that video later.
